The salon has been criticized for not following COVID-19 health and safety regulations, such as wearing masks, social distancing, and temperature screening. Some clients felt unwelcome and ignored by the staff, and one client was treated rudely when trying to make an appointment.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, many clients have had excellent experiences at the salon. Stylists such as Erica, Brittney, Laurel, Diane, and Denise have been praised for their excellent work, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor. Clients have reported feeling welcomed and cared for, and have been thrilled with their haircuts, color treatments, and keratin treatments.
