Our History

The journey of Mary Jane Salon began with an unexpected opportunity in the vibrant community of Mission Hills. Ian and Season, already passionate about hairdressing, saw a chance to transform a struggling salon into a haven for hair enthusiasts. Through sheer determination and a genuine passion for the craft, they breathed new life into the space, creating Mary Jane Salon, a thriving hub for all things hair. Over ten fulfilling years, Mary Jane Salon in Mission Hills became a cherished part of the local fabric, forging lasting connections with countless clients.

However, the unforeseen challenges brought by the pandemic ultimately led to the difficult decision to close the Mission Hills location in 2020. Despite this bittersweet ending, the legacy of Mary Jane Salon in Mission Hills lives on in the hearts of those whose lives we touched.

It was during this time that an exciting new opportunity presented itself in Fallbrook. Season's search for a simple chair rental quickly evolved into a vision for a new Mary Jane Salon. With no hesitant steps, Ian and Season took a leap of faith and opened the doors of Mary Jane North before even having their first client, trusting their skills and the community's warm embrace.
