We opened Todds Salon in 2004 after nearly thirty years of handson experience in the North Wilmington beauty industry. Our founder, Todd Appleton, began his career at age twentyone, leaving minimumwage work to pursue a passion for hairstyling through cosmetology school. Over the past three decades we have continuously expanded our expertise through advanced training at the Redken Exchange in New York, the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, and numerous Goldwell color classes. Joanne Clements, our senior stylist, brings over thirty years of industry experience as a Delaware native who loves the artistic challenge of transforming clients looks. Vizma Lipouski, a master stylist and colorist, contributes thirtytwo years of global beauty industry expertise, holding accreditations from Latvia, Vidal Sassoon, and licensure in New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
