Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events may occur, and we are happy to accommodate changes to your appointment schedule. However, please note that a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service booked will be applied if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. The same fee will be applied for no-show appointments.
