- Straightening and Extensions: Our Keratin Straightening Treatment is a popular service that smooths and shines frizzy hair, with results that can last up to six months.
Our Team
Our stylists are each independent contractors and business owners, each with their own unique style and expertise. We believe in building strong relationships with our clients, and we take the time to understand their individual needs and preferences.
Salon Policies
We strive to provide a professional and welcoming environment for all of our clients. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we have established the following policies:
- Appointments: Confirmation emails will be sent three business days prior to your appointment. Please contact us if there are any changes to your schedule.
- Cancellation Policy: For all appointments, 48 hours' notice is required. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be rescheduled.
- Missed Appointments: In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
