Our History

Salon Joseph was founded by Joseph Abolafia, a Seattle native and Queen Anne resident who started his career in hair design over 30 years ago. Joseph has attended institutes in Paris and London, and has spent time in independent European salons, honing his skills and developing his unique style. In 1985, Joseph opened his first salon, which quickly established itself as a top destination for hair design in the Seattle area. Today, under the guidance of Joseph and his experienced team, Salon Joseph continues to thrive, offering a range of services that cater to each client's unique needs.
