At Sage & Grey, we pride ourselves on being a sophisticated, relaxing, and fun (and hygienic!) nail salon. Our three founders wanted to create a second home for our clients where getting your nails done should be an enjoyable experience and not stressful. We take pride in offering the best service and attention, the most relaxing and luxurious environment for our clients.
Our Salon & Products
In creating Sage & Grey Nail Studio, we put time and effort into selecting great-quality equipment and products. We found the perfect products for you, all the way from our custom-made luxury pedicure spa chairs to our nail buffers. Like shoes and handbags, we hope you will find our expansive selection of nail colors will match any of your outfits! We offer the most innovative nail products, including luxurious scrubs, exfoliation treatments, and rehydrating lotions.
Appointments & Policies
We are pleased to inform you of our new appointment reservation and payment policies beginning on May 15, 2024. Prepayment will no longer be required to make a reservation on our booking website. Payment will now be accepted at the time of your appointment. Note that the system still requires a credit card to be entered to make an appointment, but you will not be charged for the service at that time.
We continue to request 24-hour notice for cancellations, but we understand that unexpected events may arise. Please let us know if you need to cancel or if you are running late, even if it's immediately before the appointment. You will have up to one hour prior to the appointment time to cancel your appointment. Cancellations are best made via the Square appointment text/email notification you received. Otherwise, please email us at sageandgrey@gmail.com or leave us a message at (610) 688-8000. If a cancellation is not made 1-hour prior to the appointment time, we will be charging a $15 fee for any no-shows.
We will now be offering a 5% cash discount on any service. Reservations can continue to be made on our website and payment will be accepted in person. We value you as a customer and are always looking for ways to improve your experience!
