Tips for a Smooth Experience

• It's okay to shave between treatments, but never, ever tweeze!
• Clean skin releases unwanted hair more easily. Remove your makeup before your appointment to ensure clean skin.
• Ask your electrologist for aftercare advice to keep your skin looking and feeling its best.
• Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drinking plenty of water helps unwanted hair slide right out.
• Gently exfoliate your skin before your treatment to open up the follicles and allow the unwanted hair to slide out more easily.

Linda M. Weller, CPE, is a Board-Certified Electrologist with a graduate degree from the Electrology Institute of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of Denver. She is a Member and Board of Directors delegate of the American Electrology Association (AEA) and Vice-President and Membership Chair of the New York Electrology Association (NYEA).
