First Lady Day Spa

Welcome to the First Lady Day Spa, located in Kingsport, Tennessee. We are a 3,000 square foot day spa that has been in operation since 2002. Our spa features nine treatment rooms, including a state-of-the-art facial room, a wet room for body scrubs, three relaxing massage rooms, four whirlpool pedicure stations, four manicure stations, and a two-station hair salon. We also offer additional amenities such as lockers, robes, sandals, and showers.
