Quality of Service
The reviews are mixed, with some customers having a great experience and others not so much. Some customers praised the friendly staff, excellent work, and comfortable atmosphere, while others were dissatisfied with the service.
Problems with Cuticles and Nail Shaping
Ashley Wolfe had a terrible experience, with the nail technician cutting 75% of her cuticles and causing them to bleed. She also mentioned that the shape of her nails was not proper and that the shellac had already peeled off after one day. Another customer, Alexis Mondragon, was disappointed with the nail shaping and felt that the technicians did not take their time to ensure a good job.
Unprofessional Behavior
Mish Johnson had a very bad experience, with the technician getting her order wrong and then becoming defensive when she tried to correct the issue. The technician even blamed her for the gel polish not curing, which Johnson never wanted in the first place. The situation was uncomfortable for her, and she would not recommend the salon.
Great Experiences
On the other hand, several customers had excellent experiences. Jacqueline Dlc praised the staff's friendliness and the quality of their work. Livia Pedigo was thrilled with the attention to detail her nail technician, Allie, gave her and loved her nails. Laura Martinez, Sarena Boltz, Melissa Kelly, Adaeze Adams, Keanie Taylor, and Cynthia Baca all had fantastic experiences with their nail technicians, with some even mentioning specific technicians who did outstanding work.
Nail Repair and Revisions
Wendy Brown had a poor experience initially, but the salon fixed the issue and the nails looked better after revisions. Nicole Owen was disappointed with the gel manicure, which did not last even a week and caused issues with her hair.
