Salon D'Avanti, located in the heart of Somers, New York, is Northern Westchester and Putnam County's premier full-service hair salon. With a history spanning over twelve years, our courteous and professional staff has served both women and men, boasting results that speak for themselves. Our vision as professionals is to better serve our clients with creative energy and confidence.

Our team consists of certified beauticians and stylists specializing in all your beauty needs. We take pride in providing the latest styles and techniques in haircuts, hair color, highlights, extensions, keratin treatments, and more! Our welcoming atmosphere allows for everyone to feel at ease, ensuring that they are able to relax for a few hours away from the hustle and bustle of life. Every service is completely customized to your individual needs.

Our owner, Debbie Ciaffone-Mastrangelo, has had a passion for the hair and beauty industry since her early stages of life. She has been licensed for more than thirty-five years and received her education from Bronx Beauty School. Throughout her career, she has worked and trained under eight master stylists at Above the Crowd Salon, Hair Gallery Salon, Julien and Company Salon, and Evangelista Hair Salon. In 2007, she opened her own warm and welcoming salon, Salon D'Avanti, with her partner Doris. After five years, they moved the salon to a much larger space in Somers to accommodate their growing staff of stylists and expand their business.

Doris Cucchiarella, our co-owner, began her training and love as a hairstylist while attending White Plains High School. She has always known that her skills and training as a hairstylist would not only become her career but a lifelong passion. After receiving her hairstylist license, she immediately threw herself into the world of hair, dedicating herself to several opportunities in Rye, Harrison, and White Plains, where she still continues to accommodate her faithful and growing clientele. For over eight years now, she has been part of Salon D'Avanti, recently moving locations to almost triple their size, in order to accommodate their growing clientele. Thirty-five years later, she continues to educate herself and provide ongoing education for her staff to ensure her clients receive the best service and personal experience the industry has to offer.
