Our Story

QT Spa Nails was taken over in 2017 with the goal of turning it into the best nail salon in Yelm. Despite its great location next to a popular coffee shop, the salon was struggling with poor sanitary conditions and customer service that were driving clients away. However, within six months of taking over, the salon saw a drastic improvement in customer flow and a steady increase in clientele.

To achieve this, the salon underwent a complete remodel, which included new pedicure chairs and a complete redesign of the salon's interior. In the summer of 2017, the salon also expanded its staff from 4 to 10 employees to better serve its growing customer base.

As a result of these improvements, QT Spa Nails won the title of 'Best Nail Salon in Yelm' for 4 consecutive years. It quickly became a popular destination for locals and visitors alike, known for its relaxing atmosphere and great customer service.

At QT Spa Nails, we are committed to giving back to the community that has supported us. We actively support local school programs and make donations to the Yelm Rotary Club. We are proud to be a part of the Yelm community and to be able to contribute to its growth and success.
