At Belleza, we have been in business for over 20 years, founded by Ann Tyler and Dawn Zimmerman in March 2002. From humble beginnings in a tiny 800 square foot space in the Monocacy Village Shopping Center, we have grown to become the premier boutique salon in Frederick.
