The reviews of Luxury Nail Spa are overwhelmingly negative, with several customers expressing their dissatisfaction with the services they received. One reviewer, Lisa Stecks, had a mixed experience, where the two ladies who helped her elderly parents were sweet and gentle, but the man who helped her was pushy and rough, causing her pain and discomfort.
Several reviewers, including Cynthia D. George-Lovelace, Jacy Hargis, and Madi Sneed, experienced long wait times without being approached or attended to. Cindy felt disrespected and left without service after waiting 20 minutes, while Jacy was left sitting for a long time with her technician getting up to help others without completing her own nails. Madi simply stated that the place is awful without elaborating further.
In contrast, some reviewers had more positive experiences. Paige Kraushaar, Jen Ch, and Janet Hill praised the spa's cleanliness, professionalism, and excellent services. Paige mentioned that it's one of her favorite nail spots in Little Rock, while Jen appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail given to her and her mom. Janet raved about Wendy's excellent nail services.
Keisha Walker initially had a disappointing experience, but decided to give the spa another chance. JaKyra Stewart, who initially had a bad experience, was happy to have received good service during her return visit.
