• Elana, Massage Therapist: With over four years of experience at White Rose Day Spa, Elana is a licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic massage, hot stone, bamboo, raindrop therapy, and chakra balancing. She is passionate about incorporating Young Living Essential Oils into her massages and continually learning new techniques to enhance her practice.

• Liz, Hair Stylist: Liz is one of our newest team members who brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity in the hair industry. She loves doing hair and color, creating new styles, and making people feel beautiful. In addition to her hair services, she also offers makeup, updos for special occasions, facial waxing, manicures, and pedicures.

• Joy, Esthetician: Joy has been a skin care specialist for seven years and has marketed skin care products for ten years. She believes that quality products can make a significant difference in maintaining healthy skin. Her passion is to comfort and care for her clients' skin care needs, and you will love her facials and other skin care services.

Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, we have established the following policies:

• Arrival Time: We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your visit to familiarize yourself with our facility and enjoy our relaxation room.

• Cell Phones and Pagers: Respectfully, we request that you turn off pagers and cell phones to ensure total relaxation for yourself and other guests.

• Gratuity: Gratuities are not included in our prices, but appreciated in acknowledgement of superior service. Gratuities cannot be charged or added to any credit card or bank card. Cash or check only please.

• Personal Belongings: For Your Protection - We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including, clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. When visiting our spa, leave your jewelry at home. Lockers are available.

• Reservations: Reservations for appointments $50 and over are assured with a credit card or gift certificate. We recommend that you schedule your appointments well in advance.

• Late Clients: We are committed to starting your appointment on time. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your appointment time or service to accommodate our schedule.
