I couldn't be happier with the results I receive from Kelli at Mystic Moon. From the beginning to the end, she is warm and personable. She makes the waxing process fun, comfortable and less stressful, which makes it easy to put away those pre-waxing nerves. Big plus that she uses products that don't irritate my skin!

Kelli is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I originally scheduled a brow wax. Upon letting Kelli know I was beginning treatment with tretinoin, she let me know that waxing on skin being treated with this medication is dangerous. I was bummed, but she quickly offered to perform a full eyebrow tweeze instead. The level of care and attention she put into tweezing my brows made me feel like a new personno joke. I feel confident and excited for my upcoming wedding. I cant wait for my next appointment!

I never write Google reviews but...waxing has never been an enjoyable experience until now. Kelli is fantastic. She is the most detail oriented waxer I have ever had and being in her presence is actually fun and makes the time fly by. Her space is cozy and super clean. I've been waxing for 15+ years and never had results as pain free and beautiful as I've had with Kelli. Highly highly recommend!

Kelli is just as amazing as all her other reviews say! Shes the perfect combination of professional and real and makes you instantly feel comfortable. Shes a perfectionist, which is a wonderful quality for a waxer! Kelli has her own space thats comfortable and super clean and its honestly kind of far from where I live, but its 100% worth the drive because of what a great experience she provides. Theres a certain level of vulnerability in the waxing process and Kelli navigates it with authenticity and zero judgment. Shes also hilarious and has the best stories! Cant recommend her enough!

Her waxing methods were thorough and gentle, so there was minimal to no pain. Kelli made sure I was doing okay throughout the entire service. I couldn't have asked for a better waxing experience. I highly recommend Kelli and will be back for my future waxes!

Literally obsessed! I normally do my waxing myself but I figured Id spoil myself. Im so glad I went to Kelli, I trust her with my life. I never felt uncomfortable or judged. She was AMAZING and I have never felt better.My Brazilian was so easy and painless! I have no issues after the wax and her little set up is perfect. I highly recommend her! If youre thinking about it, just commit, I know she wont let you down!

Ive been seeing Kelli for over 6 years now and wont let anyone TOUCH my eyebrows except her. I have followed her to a few salons over the years because she is THAT good and I am so glad she finally has her own place!!
