Our flagship service is our Lumenis SPLENDOR X laser hair removal system. This cutting-edge technology offers faster and longer-lasting results, suitable for all skin types. With its advanced features, including a square spot size and Dual Cooling System (DCS), you can enjoy a more comfortable and effective treatment experience. APPOINTMENTS

To ensure that you secure your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. You will receive a confirmation email/text 48 & 24 hours prior to your appointment. We suggest that you arrive for your scheduled appointment 10 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. If you find that you will be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will be forced to shorten the length of your appointment as we need to prepare for our next client.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

We require 48-hour advance notice for cancellation, rescheduling, or no-shows of services. We also require that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. We appreciate your understanding that we have a strict no-show policy to ensure that our services are protected for future clients.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, we do not provide refunds. Only products may be refunded up to 7 days after purchase if unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. All refunds will be issued as Earthbound Skin Spa credit.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in our service prices and is left to the discretion of our guests. We accept gratuity payments in the form of cash, check, or credit card at the time of checkout.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.

TREATMENT EXPIRATION

Service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase date or they will expire.
