Gift Cards and Refunds
We offer gift cards available in any denomination for any service. However, please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Additionally, we do not offer mailing service for physical gift cards.
Our Hours and Location
We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are located at 1519 Wisconsin Avenue Northwest, 2nd Floor, Washington, DC 20007. Parking is available in our designated parking lot with 2 hours of free parking.
