Our Refund Policy
At XOX Hair Studio, we understand the importance of flexibility. If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we appreciate 24-hour notice and strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, last-minute cancellations may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
