How We Work

What We Treat
We treat all skin types and ethnicities, including white, black, and every shade in between. Our lasers target the pigment in the hair follicle, so as long as the hair is dark in color (black or brown) and thick (not vellus hair - peach fuzz), it is treatable. We cannot treat white, grey, blonde, or red hair.
Preparing for Treatment
To ensure the best possible results, please follow these guidelines:
- Avoid sun exposure (longer than 30 minutes) before treatment.
- Wear loose clothing and be cleanly shaven.
- Plan to avoid exercise on the day of treatment.
- Allow your body to cool and heal before resuming your normal routine.
Results and Treatments
It may take several treatments to achieve the desired results, as our hair grows in cycles. Hormones and treatment area can also affect results. On average, it may take 14-16 treatments to achieve a full clinical endpoint (70-90% reduction).
