Our Story
Founded by Khanh Q. Lam and Trinity Hoang in 2015, CACHET Nail Boutique originated from Khanh's vision of transforming a standard nail salon visit into an experience that can be shared with friends and family within a luxurious space that encourages social interactions and conversations. With a deep love for each other and a passion for entrepreneurship, Khanh and Trinity shared a dream of building a unique and distinctive nail salon that would elevate the prestige of the industry. After opening our flagship location in Charlotte's South End neighborhood, we expanded to Uptown Charlotte, featuring stunning floral arrangements, ambient lighting, and chic decor. As we continue to grow, we strive to continuously improve and evolve to serve our clients and community.
Our Commitment to Health
At CACHET, we are committed to utilizing state-of-the-art, hygienic technology and best practices to protect the health of our valued guests, our team members, and our environment. We take pride in our custom-made furniture, designed for comfort, style, and cleanliness. Our individual anti-microbial pedicure bowls are jet-free, ensuring the highest hygienic quality. We utilize new, disposable nail filers and buffers to avoid cross-contamination. Our CACHET-CLEAN sterilization lab autoclaves and sterilizes all equipment to meet surgical-grade standards.
Our Locations
CACHET has two salon locations to provide convenient access for our valued clients. Our flagship location in SouthPark offers comprehensive services, with a separate location in the South End neighborhood. Please note that microblading and signature cocktails are not available at the South End location at this time.

Customer Experience
The overall customer experience at Jolie Boutique is predominantly positive, with many customers raving about their technicians' skills and attentiveness. Several reviewers praised their technicians, including Ashley, Jolie, Henry, Carly, Ananda, Jenny, and Tracy, for their exceptional work and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negative Experiences
However, there were a few negative experiences reported by customers. Natalia Ferreira had a disappointing appointment with Alexia, who took an abnormally long time to complete her gel manicure and displayed an attitude when Natalia expressed concern about the wait. Nikola Meliones also had a frustrating experience, claiming that her technician switched without her knowledge and didn't properly remove the old nail polish. Kari Beal was dissatisfied with the service and atmosphere at the salon. Isa Grade mentioned that the salon often runs late, which can cause inconvenience for customers with subsequent appointments.
Mostly Satisfied Clients
Despite some negative experiences, the majority of customers are extremely happy with their visits to Jolie Boutique. Molly Tieng summed it up best, stating that the salon is the "absolute best nail salon in Charlotte" with talented and attentive technicians.
