The customers who have had positive experiences at CHA Nails have praised the friendly and kind staff, excellent services, and good pricing. They have complimented the nail technicians, particularly Winnie and Tiffany, for their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. The clients have also appreciated the cleanliness of the salon and the pleasant atmosphere.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, a few customers have had disappointing experiences at CHA Nails. LaToya Walters had a terrible experience, including waiting in line, dirty pedicure bowls, and subpar services. Travis Meyers had his nails damaged during a polish removal, and Davv Gilkey was not satisfied with the acrylic nails. Jlb Nerdy had issues with the acrylic mani, and Travis Meyers suffered from injured nails.
