Mobile Nail Services
At COUTURE NAILS BY RUBY, we understand that time is valuable. That's why we offer mobile nail services, which ensures that our talented technicians will come to your doorstep, bringing our expertise and professionalism to the comfort of your own home. Our mobile service is ideal for busy professionals, new mothers, or anyone seeking a convenient and personalized nail care experience.
Policies
We strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To achieve this, we have established the following policies:
- Appointment scheduling: We kindly request that clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. For late arrivals, please note that modifications to the scheduled appointment may be necessary.
- Late Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we appreciate advance notice (at least 24 hours) regarding cancellations. Late cancellations will incur a $30.00 fee per service, while no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment.
- Illness: Should you be experiencing illness, please refrain from visiting our salon, as we prioritize the well-being of both our staff and clients.
