Our Team

Our team includes Deanna Reed, the salon owner and stylist, who has been brushing and shaping hair since she could hold a comb. With her farm girl grit and wanderlust spirit, she has been trained by a global community of hairdressers. Her passion for growing and evolving in all directions is infectious and inspiring.

Misa West, our talented stylist, brings a wealth of experience and cultural knowledge to the table. Born and raised in the old Czechoslovakia, she loves different cultures, traveling, food, and music. Her specialties include customized hairstyles for each client's individual wants and needs.

Caitlin McCulloch, our dedicated stylist, specializes in lived-in hair. She strives to create styles with longevity and loves collaboration on creating a custom blend of techniques for a unique result. Outside of the salon, you can find her in the woods, at a local show, or hanging out with her cat Bugg.

Meghan Clough, our passionate stylist, has been in the hair industry for 17 years. She began her career at 15, sweeping floors in a quaint salon in Lake Oswego. Today, she is a cutting-edge hairdresser who specializes in color techniques and is certified in countless Davines techniques including balayage, highlighting, and precision cutting.

Abby Johnson, our vibrant stylist, brings a touch of Sicily and Texas to Portland. She specializes in color and has a particular interest in vivids, redheads, and lived-in masterpieces. Her goal is to provide the best client experience possible, whether that means making you a cup of tea, a scalp massage at the shampoo bowl, or just getting to know you to create the hair of your dreams.
