What are your cancellation policies?
We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Less than 48-hour notice incurs 50% fee; no-shows incur 100% charge. Bridal cancellations require 90-day notice.
Do you offer bridal services?
Yes, we provide complete bridal packages including hair, makeup, and party services. A 50% retainer is required at booking for wedding-related appointments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. We do not accept personal checks for any services rendered.
Are there underage guest policies?
Guests under 10 cannot receive services. Those aged 10+ require guardian presence and signed consent forms for all treatments performed.
