Nikki and Lay, the dynamic duo behind Nikki | Lay Atelier, have been crafting stunning hairstyles for over 20 years. Their journey began at the prestigious Jose Eber salon in Highland Park, where they honed their skills and built a loyal client base together. As a senior colorist, Nikki mastered the art of Balayage and expertly formulated color techniques. Lay, a skilled stylist, spent years training and developing his touch, eventually progressing to become a master stylist and teacher of apprentices.

After perfecting their craft, Nikki and Lay realized that they had the skills and foundation to create something new and innovative. They wanted to build a luxurious, modern concept salon where independent stylists could grow their businesses together, work as a team, and provide top-notch services and products.
