A native New Yorker, Dorin honed her craft in the bustling city's hair scene, establishing a loyal clientele at her two Brooklyn and Soho salons. Seeking a more balanced lifestyle and a chance to raise her family, she relocated to Northampton in 2004. Here, her passion for holistic beauty blossomed. Convinced that traditional hair products were often too harsh and chemical-laden, she set out to create an alternative experience for both herself and her clients.

Driven by a desire to align her work with her personal values, Dorin dedicated herself to learning about organic and natural hair care practices. She embarked on a remarkable journey, becoming a Certified Organic Colorist in 2007 and continually refining her skills through education from the industry's leading experts.

Dorin's dedication to wellness extended beyond hair coloring and styling. She delved into traditional Tibetan medicine, graduating as a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor after years of intensive study at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy. Furthermore, she deepened her understanding of space and its impact on well-being by graduating as an Advanced Feng Shui Practitioner from The American Feng Shui Institute.
