Founded in 1972, Elegante Salon has been a cornerstone of the Naperville community for over 40 years. With the vision of offering a comprehensive beauty experience, founder Kay Smith and her husband Dale established a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Today, the salon has evolved into two locations, offering a wider range of services and treatments.

Exceptional Service
Elegante Salon has received numerous glowing reviews, with many customers raving about their exceptional service. Reviewers have praised the salon's talented stylists, citing their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Hairstylists such as Emily, Shari, Ashley, Stewart, Liana, and Ginta have been particularly commended for their skills and ability to create bespoke looks for each client.
Concerns about Perms and Pricing
However, one reviewer, Michelle Parks, had a disappointing experience with her perm. She was unhappy with the stylist's unwillingness to disclose their vaccination status and felt that the perm did not meet her expectations. Another reviewer, Jen McCarty, was disappointed with the blow-out service she received for her daughter. She felt that the service was overpriced and that the stylist did not follow industry standards, including sectioning the hair and using an iron round brush.
