Salon Policies
We understand that every client has different needs and preferences. At Grit + Grace Salon and Boutique, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. Here are some of our policies to ensure that every client has an exceptional experience:
- Wecannot accept gratuity on credit cards.
- We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or having to reschedule the appointment.
- We do not accept personal checks.
- If a client is not satisfied with their haircut or styling, we are happy to accommodate a complimentary consultation to ensure that the client receives the best possible results.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and clients may need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. At Grit + Grace Salon and Boutique, we require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations and changes to avoid being charged the full amount for the scheduled service. No-show appointments will also be charged as such. We kindly request that clients understand that we schedule specific time just for them, and without proper notice, we are unable to accommodate other guests.
