What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48-hour notice for appointments valued at $200+ or lasting 2+ hours. Late cancellations incur 50% charges.
Do you offer on-location services?
Yes, we provide hair and makeup services at weddings, proms, and pageants with a $75 minimum travel charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards with $25 minimum, and personal checks subject to $25 returned check fee.
