Worst Haircut Ever
Author Lal S. rated 1 star and had a disastrous experience with Salon 1901. The stylist, who requested not to be named, completely destroyed Lal's hair, leaving only a bare inch in the back and chunks in the front. The haircut was uneven, with big hunks hanging around Lal's face, and the back was shorter than her husband's. The stylist even tried to "fix" it by thinning the back but ended up giving Lal a lovely chopped bald spot. Lal was left in tears and will never return to the salon, warning others to stay away.
Subpar Service
