Meet Our Team

At Sydney's Hair Salon, we are a team of independent stylists working together under one brand. Each of our stylists brings their unique skills and experience to ensure that you receive the best possible service.

• Jennifer (Gill) Mootoosamy - Owner: With a decade of delivering outstanding results, Jennifer believes that you should both feel and look good inside and out. She has an education in the chemistry and science of hair, mixed with fashion and art.
• Dalci Andrews - Independent Stylist: Beauty is Dalci's passion. She helps clients find the best version of themselves - whether it's a customized hair cut, creative color, or color corrections.
• Jennifer Favakeh - Independent Stylist: As a Midwest native, Jennifer started her career in 2009 graduating from The Salon Professional Academy. She has mastered a range of haircut and coloring techniques through education and specialist programs.
• Julia Mezer - Independent Stylist: Julia has been a hairstylist for over 10 years and absolutely loves what she does! Specializing in coloring, cutting, and updos, she's dabbled in several different areas and enjoys all aspects of styling.

Our History

Sydney's was originally founded in 1988 by Michael Kadra and his husband Stephen Franklin. The two have earned a reputation for a salon experience that builds deep and memorable client relationships. Today, our mission remains the same. To bring you an attentive, vibrant, and unique salon experience.
