Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. We ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within our 24-hour notice period or is a "no-show" the day of an appointment, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.
