Our Policies

At A Great Escape Spalon, we understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make any changes to your schedule. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

We also offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on nearly every service we provide. If you're not completely satisfied with your experience, please let us know within seven days, and we will work with you to find a solution.
