Our team is comprised of talented professionals who are passionate about their craft. Led by our owner and lead stylist, Esther Faith, we're a family of hair enthusiasts dedicated to making you feel comfortable and at home. Esther, a native of Kitty Hawk, received her training at Paul Mitchell the School in Nashville, Tennessee. She specializes in balayage, blonding, and cutting, drawing inspiration from the ocean and the laid-back beach culture of the Outer Banks.

Forest Davis, Esther's husband, is our brand curator and team manager. Born and raised on the Outer Banks, Forest oversees our social media presence and ensures that the Salty brand remains true to its core values. Together, Esther and Forest make a formidable team, working in harmony to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
