At Valon Salon & Spa, we pride ourselves on providing an experience that goes beyond beauty. Our mission is to create a relaxing environment where our team can help you look and feel your best. Our owner, Valary Brown, started her career in Springfield, Virginia in 1983 and has since expanded her salon into a spa in 2007. We are committed to advanced education and attend industry seminars regularly to stay updated on the latest trends and business ideas.

Meet the Team

Valary Brown is the owner of Valon Salon & Spa. She started her career in Springfield, Virginia in 1983 and managed the same salon for 15 years before opening Valon. Linsey is our manager, who graduated from cosmetology school in 2015 and has been with us since 2022. TT (Tara) has been with us since 2006 and is our assistant manager. Katie joined our front desk team in 2022 and also handles our social media and web presence. Stephanie has been with us since 2002 and stepped down from doing hair in 2020 to work as our receptionist. Bella is a stylist who trained at Paul Mitchell the School.
