Our Mission

In The Village - a fine salon & day spa has been recently voted the Best Day Spa in Gloucester County. We are known for having exceptional services for every beauty need, and our staff is trained in the latest techniques and methods for all aspects of hair, nails, massage technique, and skincare. Throughout the years, we have been recognized for our high quality massages, body treatments, nail services, and bridal services. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all of our guests at every visit.

About Us

In 1997, In The Village opened its doors as a quaint cottage located in the antique country of Mullica Hill, NJ. In 2002, the adjoining Giumarello home was completely remodeled into an elegant, cozy salon, featuring a day spa with relaxing and rejuvenating body and skin treatments. To accommodate a growing clientele and community, In The Village opened a second location in 2010 in nearby Woolwich Township. We love being part of a growing community that continues to support us, and enjoy doing our part to make our community an excellent place to live and work! Our salon and day spa is designed to give you the ultimate relaxation experience, and offers quality services close to home! In The Village boasts Best of Gloucester County wins for the last 4 consecutive years, and 2017 marked our 20th year in business!

Quality and Education Affirmation

In The Village specializes in hands-on learning and continuing education for our service providers. We have varied price levels that reflect our provider's experience in their field. Our assistants are licensed cosmetologists, but are also trained through a vigorous education program in the salon, as well as participating in outside classes and seminars. Once they complete their continued education program, they will have years of experience in the salon. In The Village values hard work and strives to provide our clients with services that reflect their education and willingness to learn new techniques, which is why our prices vary between providers.
