Sanitation Protocol
At Alameda Nailbar, we take sanitation very seriously. We follow a rigorous protocol to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for our clients. Our files, buffers, and pumices are never reused, and we use disposable liners for each and every pedicure. We also clean and sanitize all tools and equipment after each client.
Appointment Policies
We understand the importance of punctuality and respect the time of our clients. We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours' notice to avoid any penalties. Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% fee, while all other cancellations will incur a 5% fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
