Our mission is to become a non-toxic salon, offering low-toxic free products and services that provide a healthy environment. We have discontinued the use of acrylics to achieve this goal and focus on providing worry-free gel manicures and spa pedicures system on the natural nails, using a uniquely created protection layer of polish for long-lasting results.
Sanitation
At Exotic 9 Nails, we take the safety and well-being of our clients very seriously. We welcome any questions or concerns you may have and address them openly and concisely, with your safety in mind. Each client will receive a single-use kit including a file, buffer, and pumice to make their manicure and pedicure safe and clean. We sanitize and disinfect all reusable manicuring tools in accordance with state regulations and industry "best practices." Our cleaning protocols are required by the state and recommended by the product manufacturer. We have safety procedures that are done after every client, at the end of every day, and once a week. We clean our hands prior to each service and ask you to do the same.
Professionalism
We take pride in our professionalism, and our licensed technicians are up-to-date and displayed. We will evaluate the health of your nails before your service and refer you to a physician if indicated. Be sure to let us know if you have any health conditions, such as diabetes, open cuts, or skin irritations, that may affect your service. We will make recommendations for at-home maintenance of your nails. We encourage you to understand your own role in keeping your nails in healthy and attractive condition.
Salon and Spa Policies
Please review the following cancellation policy carefully before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the conditions of our cancellation policy. Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your experience. If you are running late, we will make every effort to accommodate you. Some services may not be extended based on late arrivals, which means that your appointment will end at its scheduled time, so the next guest will not be delayed. For the safety of children under the age of 12 who are not receiving services, adult supervision is required in the waiting area.

Retail Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product purchase, you may return the product in exchange for other products or for a retail credit. We do not issue refunds.
