Our Story

Located in the heart of Westwood Village, Los Angeles, Capelli Lounge has been a staple in the community since 1982. Our team of experienced stylists is led by co-owners Laurie and Veronica, who have been dedicated to providing exceptional service and top-notch hair styling. With a combined experience of over 20 years, our stylists have mastered the art of cutting, coloring, and styling hair.

Our Creative Team

Meet our talented team of stylists:

• Veronica C.: With a passion for hair styling, Veronica has honed her skills in Glasgow, Scotland, where she learned from some of the best in the business. Her specialties include color, precision cutting, soft feathery layers, and razor cutting.
• Laurie C.: A native Californian, Laurie has been in the hair styling industry for over 20 years. Her specialty is bombshell blondes, ravishing redheads, and blending grey away in men's hair. She is also an expert in Hot Heads Hair Extensions.
• Kei T.: Born in Tokyo, Japan, Keichi Takahashi has over 16 years of experience in the industry. He has worked with internationally known stylists and has a natural talent for creating beautiful hairstyles. His specialties include cuts, coloring, perms, and up-dos.
• Don: With over 10 years of experience, Don brings creativity, self-confidence, and passion to each and every client who sits in his chair. His specialties include hair color, highlighting, balayage, and styling.
