We are the Advanced Permanent Hair Removal Center, a private electrolysis practice located in Erie, Pennsylvania. Our practice was established in 1996, giving us nearly three decades of specialized experience in permanent hair removal. Our team includes two board certified electrologists, Kolleen Sweeney, CPE and JoAnne Fisher, CPE, who hold recognized industry professional credentials. Kolleen Sweeney is a graduate of Villa Maria Academy and the Southeastern Institute of Technology in Charleston, South Carolina, and has been practicing electrolysis since 2005. JoAnne Fisher is a past president of the Pennsylvania Society of Electrologists, a graduate of the Southeastern Institute of Electrology, and has practiced electrolysis since 1996. We exclusively provide FDA-approved electrolysis hair removal, the only medically recognized permanent hair removal method.
